From two mates in a garage to a bespoke brewery with thousands of fans, we've grown quite a bit since 2012. And since then, every year has been bigger and better. We've got no plans to slow down either with lots of projects on the go and some exciting stuff to show off soon.

The Role:

- Delivering exceptional customer service with a side of epic beer
- Lead the team on shift to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure our bar is clean and safe for all customers
- Be an expert on our beers and make recommendations to our customers
- Opening and closing, key holder responsibility and cash management
- Working as part of the team to make Tiny Rebel Brewery Bar the bar of choice

The Person:

- The Ability to motivate the team
- Passionate about delivering great experiences
- Preferably experience working in a similar environment
- Great communication skills
- At Least 1 year minimum experience in the same environment
- Have an understanding of Gmail, Google drive & Excel
