Tiny Rebel will be soon entering into its 10th year of operation in 2022, a whole decade of brewing! Starting off as two inexperienced homebrewers, to winning Champion Beer of Britain and becoming bar operators. 

Tiny Rebel has always been seen to be a company which is fun, boundary pushing and risk taking; we pride ourselves on never taking ourselves too seriously, yet we’ve consistently developed and brought to market innovative products of the highest quality.  We’ve remained authentic and have stayed true to our ethos.

 

The Role:

 

Reporting directly to the Wholesale Manager. You will be responsible for driving and representing our brand across the UK. Consistently developing new leads, opportunities and account groups through telesales/email. Ideal candidates will possess experience in a sales driven environment. A hunger for new business and passion for sales, craft beer and cutting-edge brands. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Friendly and professional approach to phone calls and emails. 
Work within agreed response time to take our relationships, volumes and draft taps to the next level 
Positive attitude.


Sales Operations

- Manage/Develop and Grow customers you are responsible for including Wholesale RTMs, TR Bars, Regional Groups and Direct Trade.
- Accurate order processing and invoicing.
- Work with our Production/Warehouse team on delivery scheduling.
- Offer support to our Field Based Sales Team across Regional and National customers.
- Accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly to the Wholesale Manager.
- Working with customers & the warehousing team to arrange shipment/delivery of orders. 
- Promotion of Tiny Rebel with all customer interactions ensuring the best brand representation. 
- Problem solving and decision making to ensure the best customer experience.

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

A passion for craft beer, cask, spirits, brands and a clear understanding of what makes brands successful.
A minimum 1 year’s sales or relevant experience.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit that puts you head and shoulders above the competition.
Outstanding people skills. The ability to build rapport quickly & professionally.
Confidence to build new relationships and develop existing customers.  
Commercial awareness to work with numbers to act quickly to drive/win new leads.
Excel, PowerPoint, Word experience essential.
Brewman experience would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
