Overview of the Role

Joining our team of epic Chefs, you will be:

- Responsible for supporting the day to day running of the kitchen
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure all service demands are met, to the high standard we are famous for
- Working with fresh ingredients and ensuring consistency across the menu
- Supporting the kitchen team with all aspects of food hygiene and health and safety


The Person

Ideally, our successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrable experience in a busy, high volume kitchen
- Experience working to specifications, with fresh ingredients
- A thorough understand of responsibilities under food hygiene and health and safety
- Experience leading a busy kitchen team
