We're on the hunt for a General Manager for our Taproom at Tiny Rebel HQ


About Us


At Tiny Rebel we stand for one thing...Never just make Vanilla Ice Cream. Our bars are at the forefront of that, delivering a unique experience and high quality customer service in all of our venues. We're now looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to take control of our flagship bar. 


About The Role


You will be responsible to motivate and inspire your team, driving them to be better every single day. As well as having full and complete control of the Taproom P&L you will need to be creative and entrepreneurial as our Taproom is a large venue with heavy footfall and therefore has huge growth potential. Your absolute priority will be customer service and customer experience, ensuring every visit will not be their last.


About You


- Ideal candidate will have had exposure to a large and busy mixed demographic site 

- Will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest's expectations

- A minimum of 5 years hospitality/bar management experience is essential

- Will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant high standards

- Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards

- Should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude

- Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver
