It’s our Super Sweet Sixth birthday next weekend!
The excitement has all been too much, mainly because we started celebrating early by brewing up 6 collabs! Each of our three bars and three of our best brewery friends helped us create something special for our big day!
We’r doing a UK exclusive launch on Friday 16th Feb where you’ll be able to try all 6 beers before they’re officially released the following week. Full details on that will be out on Monday!
The bottled brews (collabs with Siren and Fierce) will be available on our online shop early next week if you can’t make it to any of the pubs on the list!
Here’s a bit more about each of them:
For our collab with Siren we decided to go all out with hops. No special ingredients, no additional fruit or spices, just loads more hops! Like, loooooooads more.
Didgeridank is so full of hops that it’s gone full on psychedelic. When we tasted it for the first time it was full on bright green. Then it settled to a really vibrant yellow. Now it’s a glorious golden colour. We’re half expecting it to be purple once you pour it from the bottle!
Moor & Canton Tea Co.
We asked our Bristolian friends if they knew anyone in the tea business to help us brew a brew-inspired brew.
Canton Tea Co. brought us bucket loads of the most delicious oolong we’ve ever tasted to go into Can’t We all Just Get Oolong. The delicate flavours really come through the pale ale base and are perfect for serving on cask.
Our friends up at Fierce are some of the best in the business when it comes to adding other flavours to beer. We think we’re pretty good at that ourselves, so we asked them to collaborate on a beer with LOTS going on.
Inspired by Derek Zoolander’s coffee of choice, Orange Mocha Frapp Stout does exactly what it says on the tin. Orange, Chocolate and Coffee. It’s awesome.
Tiny Rebel Brewery Bar
The guys in the Brewery Bar knew what ingredients they wanted nearly immediately. Honey, oats and bananas. It sounds bananas, and delicious.
They sought a bit of help on the name and eventually the Arrested Development inspired title was chosen - There’s Always Honey in the Banana Stand.
Smooth because of the oats, rich because of the honey and sweet from the fresh banana flavours, this is one we really can’t wait to get out there!
Tiny Rebel Newport
The Newport gang had some mad ideas. One of the best was a tribute to staff members Tyron (Ty) and Chi. So the name Tai Chi came about and the guys worked backwards on an Asian-inspired brew.
The delicate flavour of lychee and the musty, tart notes of sea buckthorn combine to deliver a novel but moreish flavour in this cask pale.
Tiny Rebel Cardiff
The guys at our Cardiff Bar wanted a fruit sour inspired by a famous health tonic turned soft drink!
Punnets and punnets of raspberries, blackcurrants and grapes go into this super delicious kettle sour. We’ve gotta say, the Cardiff crew are onto a winner here!
