Tiny Rebel x Flavourly Collaboration

We started working with our now comrades over at Flavourly back in January 2015 and since then they have been on a similar mission to us - to bring everyone in to the world of great beer.

We’ve teamed up with the team - and the customers - over at Flavourly for a series of six Crowdsourced Collaboration beers!

When we met to discuss the project, we spent 75% of the time talking about skiing and snowboarding, as we were both heading off to hit the slopes soon. Beers were involved, but they weren’t the main topic of conversation. Just how we like it.

Flavourly surveyed members for the styles of beers they wanted to see us brew exclusively for them. Over 1000 responses later, we went away and brewed them!

The result of our combined efforts are six super drinkable beers across a range of styles - we’ve got a Lager, and IPA, a Fruit IPA, a Pale Ale, a Golden Ale and a Milk Stout! It’s a great introduction for beginners - or if you’re a seasoned craft drinker, just a great mixed selection!

There are some real benefits to this sort of collaboration. First and foremost, it gets the drinkers directly involved in the process. We’re being asked to brew exactly what the people who will be drinking the beer want, both in terms of style and flavour, and design. You can’t get more collaborative for that. It’s truly by beer lovers, for beer lovers.

The other massive benefit is that this beer is fresh. Super fresh. These beers are brewed to order and will be in your Flavourly boxes weeks after packaging them at our brewery, rather than months.

The beers selected by the Flavourly membership are all easy, sessionable and drinkable. There’s nothing too extreme here , which means is a perfect entry point for craft beer novices, and also great quality, easy beers for veterans of the beer world. They’re beers that might open your eyes to a new world of flavour, or will be an easy brew to pick up after a long day when you don’t want to think too hard about the beer you’re drinking. They’re beers for beer fans of all levels. Beers you can drink over a conversation about snowboarding!

There’s plenty of room in the beer world or the extreme stuff, but there’s also plenty of room for high-quality, drinkable beers. To an extent, that’s what we’ve built our reputation on. And we’re more than happy to carry on doing that with projects like this.

As we said above, if you’re just starting out in the wonderful world of beer, this range will give you a great introduction. If you’re already familiar with this world, then they’re just great, easy drinking beers. What’s not to love?!
