International Women's Day 2023

What is International Women’s Day?

A global celebration of the incredible achievements of women throughout history

Time to reflect on how far we have come

Highlight the work that still needs to be done to create a safer, more equal world for women to live and work in

But it doesn’t stop with March 8th…

We can all take the 2023 theme #EmbraceEquity into every aspect of our lives, as a way to reach equality. “Equal opportunities” are no longer enough, we must consider where each individual is starting from, and then give them the resources and opportunities they need to reach an equal outcome.

At Tiny Rebel we work to build a culture of inclusivity, challenge gender bias, call out discrimination and provide our rebel’s with the support and tools they need to achieve their career goals. The powerful female voices heard here influence change within our business but together as a Tiny Rebel Family we are driving towards real equality for women across the Beer Industry.

Spread the Word…

To mark this year's International Women’s Day (IWD), we wanted to give you ALL the chance to send a note to any women that have inspired or influenced you throughout your life, no matter where they are. Whether it’s an old teacher that went above and beyond, a colleague that showed strength in the workplace or your amazing best friend who has been by your side since day one, you can use today to recognise their achievements with our Limited Edition IWD Postcards. Within every box that leaves our online shop or at any of 3 bars, you can pick up your own postcard and share the IWD message.

To continue the celebrations we have made a Spotify playlist and reading list made up of all our Rebel’s favourite artists, writers and creators. Here are some of the stand out recommendations:
