WE'RE NOW A REAL LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER!
Right now, throughout Tiny Rebel, we are giving ourselves a huge pat on the back and celebrating that TINY REBEL is now a REAL LIVING WAGE employer.
From our awesome kitchen and bar teams, right the way through to our unbeatable brewery and office gang, Tiny Rebel is proud to be a brand that’s fully committed to putting the health and wellbeing of its people first.
This week we made the announcement to all our Rebels that we’ll be committing to be a Real Living Wage employer from the 1st November. This has been a target for us for quite some time and with the help from our Senior Leadership Team, Head of People and 165+ Rebels that do amazing things, day in day out, we’re proud to be able to roll this out throughout the whole of Tiny Rebel.
With the world around us becoming more uncertain, our family of Rebels are our priority.
Already in 2022, we have abolished zero-hour contracts in our business having introduced Guaranteed Minimum Hours in our Bars to give our Rebels job security and we are now taking this to the next level by ensuring our Rebels are paid a fair wage for a fair day’s work.
We have also launched our Bear Benefits in 2022, to give our Rebels a benefit package that would make a difference and continue to put the health and wellbeing of our people first:
- Our Private Healthcare Scheme that Tiny Rebel covers the cost of, that allows Rebels to access an array of services
- Free Period Products
- An Employee Assistance Programme that gives instant access to support
- Staff Socials and Seasonal Parties that allow us to reward our Rebels for going above and beyond for us every single day
- A substantial staff discount that starts at 20% and increases to 40%
