Job Summary

The Management Accountant reports to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting the Finance Function across all end to end processes.
This role focuses on the day to day financial operations while also managing the increasing demands that come with business growth. It covers a wide scope, touching on all areas of Finance - Operational, Commercial, and Strategic, ensuring the business's financial needs are met.

Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Business Partnering
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Strategic Planning
- Financial Control and compliance

Qualifications

- A degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a business partnering environment
- Experience with accounting software
- Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
- Managerial experience leading a team for at least 2 years
